Having lost his wife, his home and his livelihood to the battle he waged with an affliction that overcame him relatively late in life, Joe now spends his time moving from place to place, carrying the one thing with him that has remained faithful through thick and thin.

4歳の頃からSuper８のカメラを片手に撮影をしていた。カナダ、ケベック州ののINISに入学し、映画制作を学ぶ。その後制作会社Sylabを設立し、『Au bout du fil』（2001）、『Au bout du fil』（2003）、『La loge』（2003）などを制作。本作品は最新作。
Louis-Alexandre began shooting film at age 4 with a super-8 camera. He attended Institut National de L’image et du Son in Canada. He then founded Sylab, a production company where he made : "Au bout du fil" (2001), "Présomption" (2003), "La loge" (2003), "La grande demande" (2004). "Buddies" is his latest short film.
