Director / Veit Helmer
脚本家・監督・プロデューサーとして活躍する彼が最初に映画を作ったのは14歳の時である。ミュンヘンの映画テレビ学校で学び、短編映画監督として知られていた。短編だけでなく、ヴィム・ヴェンダースの『スダノフスキー兄弟～照明のトリック』を共同製作した。短編映画制作の傍ら、長編映画、ドキュメンタリー作品も制作している。また多くの国々で映画学校の教鞭を執る。
Writer-director-producer Veit Helmer shot his first film at the age of 14. He studied film at the Munich Film School HFF. Veit Helmer became known for off beat short films. He co-wrote the feature film ""A Trick of Light"" directed by Wim Wenders, premiered in Venice 1997. Besides shor films, Veit Helmer directed several feature and documentary films. At the same time, He holds lectures at film schools in several countries.
