One 9-minute shot tracks the journey of a birthday card around an office and through the hands of all the people who work there. Visually imaginative and technically playful, "Happy Birthday" is a surreal comedy exploring the idiosyncrasies of an average workplace.

本作品はソフィー･フレッチャーがキーラン･フェイ、ベン･ルイスと共同制作した作品である。脚本家兼役者である3人は制作会社People Can Runを運営。見た目にも楽しいコメディ劇はイギリス内外で上演され、高く評価された。本作品は彼らの短編デビュー作。ソフィーはロンドン在住。
"Happy Birthday" was made by Sophie, in collaboration with Kieran Fay and Ben Lewis. As a trio of writer-performers their company, People Can Run, have created three acclaimed pieces of highly visual, live narrative comedy, which have toured the UK and internationally. This is their first short film. Sophie lives in London, England.
